AVOID! Elizabeth (the owner) stole our money! She took our money for 12 swimming lessons, did a couple, then she made up an excuse why she couldn't do them anymore, and pocketed our money.

The lessons were terrible and has no proper experience with interacting with children properly.

Avoid avoid avoid mums!!! The owner is dishonest and took all our money. We gave it in good faith and she just disappeared. She is still running her swimming company but do not trust someone who is able to steal money from hard working people. Elizabeth will continue to steal from people. Please read.

Swim Elite was recommended to me by a friend and after the first lesson I was sure that Simon was the right teacher for my daughter.

My daughter has transformed in the last month. She is confident in the pool, she works hard to learn and more importantly she does not take risks in the pool.

I am incredibly proud of her progress. I highly recommend Simon as her teaching method is encouraging, challenging and customised to meet the need of the student.

Very bad experience with their booking system. We asked for a dedicated session for our kids for which we were committed to with no exception for 5 months. But overnight we were told that, that timing was now allocated to someone new who had paid for that timing for 6 months in advance and I had to choose a new one without any committment that they could assign it to us unless we pay for all the sessions in advance for the whole year!!! When I told them that it was not a fair way to handle things, I was told that their clients paid in advance for 2 years to secure their spot!!!! Unheard of…

My kids have tons of activities many of which are 1-1 like swim elite (chess, robotics, tennis, swimming) and some grouped (Football, gymnastics…). And the common practice in Dubai and the rest of the world is to commit to a timing for the term unless the customer fails to show up many times. And when the term is finished, the customer is first given the option to extend before giving it to someone else. In this case, with the exception of one session where my kids were sick, all the cancellations came from the instructors being on holiday. AND we still had a month left in the timing that was allocated to us. Not once were we asked if we wanted to extend. So there was no excuse to eject us because someone else booked the spot online.
We were very sympathetic to the fact that as a new company, Swim Elite was exploring things and fine-tuning their system, but we would still expect them to make it right for their faithful customers when they did something wrong, instead we were met with an arrogant and unprofessional behavior. Very disappointed.

I was looking for a swimming instructor for my 10months old baby girl who can come home and I found Elisabeth on the internet. She’s professional and very sweet to my daughter. I spend such good moments seeing my baby having fun. I highly recommend her !

J'ai l'occasion de prendre des cours de fitness avec swim élite, je suis très satisfaite de la prestation les cours sont intense et à la foi agréable j'ai adoré .... les résultats sont présents j'ai recommandé swim élite à mes amies et elles sont ravies.

Très bonne expérience pour mon fils Léo. Lui qui avait très peur de l’eau, il nage maintenant comme un poisson grâce à vos cours ! Encore merci !
