Does not even warrant 1 star. Firbank way not easily accessible. Hours make it impossible for normal working people to ever access. Having given Royal Mail a safe place location for my property why do they persit in this crazy red post card nonsense. Have no idea what item is anyway and suspect having taken time off work....unpaid.... to pick up it will be a waste of time.This is a primitive service for the 21st century pigeon post would be more useful...or snail mail!

Open 2 hours a day is ridiculous you do realise people are working?

why not open 2 hours a day from the hours of 6-8pm when most are home?

or failing that leave the parcel in a safe place like most other couriers do I really hope royal mail go bust joke of a company

Went to pick up a parcel at 12:00 after receiving a missed drop off. Despite the a clearly displayed opening hours sign AND another sign saying the same it was closed. I asked an operative and he explained its a management decision. We entered into a convo about it and concluded that this wasn't in the interests of customers and from an operative point 'we've had all these issues and they don't listen...I agree. All the 'costs savings' are going toward shareholders - the wrong thing and bringing RM to shame.

The app also seems to be done for idiots as it doesn't work. Could I find a redirect....eventually. the parcel still hasn't arrived.

Very poor service RM...take it back into public hands. ASAP..

No post letters delivered in Linslade The Wharf for over a week now! They post parcels but no letters. Missed hospital appointment and now missing my train season ticket that was posted last Tuesday by sign for delivery. Would be zero stars if could rate that low. So so poor

Not had any letters delivered for over a week now.
Waiting 7 days for an important letter from Insurance company that was posted on Feb 1st
Been unable to get any anser fom the PO.
One star is too good for them

I noticed on my doorbell that the postman was in front of the doors with the shipment, but left no card nothing. Unfortunately unable to contact the depot office as it's closed again, I have not been receiving any mail or shipments for 4 weeks and tbh I hope that shops and sellers will stop using RM as it's a joke now!

They've changed their opening hours to 2 a day. Are these guys work shy or something? What unsociable hours are these? No way I can collect at this time when working. Royal mail are a laughing stock.

Adding to this review, I’ve received word from someone who works for Royal Mail that our local postman has been suspended and all our post has been sat at the depot for a week. Whoever the manager is needs to take a look at themselves. Poor management of the highest level

Opening hours are totally useless for anyone who works 9-5. And no parking for customers. I’d rather pay more and avoid Royal Mail all together.
