Stayed here on an all inclusive holiday. Lovely location and great staff. Apartment rooms very spacious. The only downside was that you could only get alcoholic drinks at night in the restaurant ans not in the lounge area and you cannot take the drinks back to your room.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. Right from our arrival, we found Ritah who helped us very well and was always cordial to us. She was willing to provide information at all times when we needed it and made us feel so comfortable.
Geoffrey was very good at handling our luggage and treated us very well. Other stafc too were so kind and helpful. We are very happy with hotel services and staff. The location was also excellent being near to Dubai Mall

It was a lovely stay and still is because I’m still here but I thought it’s not a bad time to let you know that this is a great place. There’s something about the service that is very accommodating. We didn’t have the best room when there was a baby next door and immediately we got a better one. The lifeguard in the pool is out there cleaning early in the morning and all the positivity and Oliver at the spa is absolutely fantastic. Such a beautiful smile and a presence of welcoming everybody. Also, great value for money.

We have been enjoying the stay. The staff was very welcoming upon our arrival.. We got a great and special assistance from staff Mr Sunday (when we were dropped at the wrong entrance by our taxi driver./ made us know we can use the free parking and have a quick assistance with luggage delivery into our room..
very amazing ; we shall surely recommend your services. Thanks a lot.

The service is very bad, all hotels for 5 stars All bathroom and room needs, such as tissues and towels, are always available and clean, and their presence is confirmed. Please pay attention to the important needs of the customer.

And Please improve and treat better and welcome from the reception.

Also, why check in on 3 pm ?? This not good for the waiting to receive the room.

Just had an amazing and wonderful 90-min massage. So relaxing! Santi, my masseuse, was very accommodating, experienced and professional. The spa was clean and so many amenities. I will definitely come back.

Amazing staff, Robert from doorman and a indian guy from swimming lifeguard is a man with awesome qualities and very good behaviour.

I would like to say that I have enjoyed the service I got from the time I have arrived and mostly I appreciate the excellent quality service I got from your staff especially Ms Yvette, she was willing to offer me help whenever I seek for help and I liked her confidence and splendid smile on her face. I appreciate each and everyone who made my vacation memorable and kudos to the housekeeping team.
