I’m a working professional, joined for the Piano course at SymphonyMLC in July 2020. I could complete Grade 5 exam of Trinity College London in March 2021 with distinction.

It’s a really a professional place and I like Symphony because they have only one to one training for all students. All Teachers are passionate and very supportive.

I strongly recommend this place for those who want to learn music seriously.

The institute's owner Sam's attitude towards his students and their parents is the biggest downfall of this business. He has a " Don't Care" approach and any negative feedback given is not accepted by him. He thinks the students who come to learn in the institute need him more than he needs the business they give him.....he is very rude and insulting. My son has learnt in this institute and the instructor Ms. Theresa is good and patient. However, at times when Ms. Theresa is not available, Mr. Sam takes charge and he has made my son cry with his rude behaviour. We are sending our child to enjoy learning...not to be ridiculed and insulted. When confronted, Mr. Sam dismissed our concern and told us very rudely to find another institute to teach my son. He is the pits when it comes to show others respect. I have given a 2 star rating because of the wonderful instructor...she deserves a 5 star.... but I cannot risk sending my son to learn if he is confronted by the absolute pathetic rudeness of Mr. Sam. He has ruined my respect for the institute and I pray that he realises it.

An excellent place to learn music. I strongly recommend to visit the center and feel the ambience.
They have only private lessons and teachers are very friendly. Thank you Symphony for giving me the opportunity to learn Piano.

My son Jeff John joined in Symphony Music Learning Center in 2013 for Singing and Piano, he was just turning 5 at that time.
Still he’s continuing with Symphonymlc and now he’s preparing for Grade 6 exam of the Trinity College London.

The classes here are well conducted, friendly staff and teachers who are dedicated and specialized in music teaching.

Also Jeff loves to perform on stage, Symphony provides a great opportunity that every student can showcase their talents and progress to their parents and friends every week.

I recommend Symphonymlc for everyone who is looking for quality, enjoyable and personalized music lessons.

Very Bad service. I went on vacation for 20 days and informed their receptionist who agreed and never told me about the deadline of the course. I have 4 classes left and they are saying I can't attend. Their staffs keep on changing and they go extra mile to get you onboard with offers and cheat you in future.

Did not have a good experience. Not professional at all. Beware All out to grab your money. Sam needs to learn how to interact with customers. He is rude and has don't care attitude. My 2 kids attended the piano classes for 2 years. I felt I wasted my hard earned money. Did not learn anything At some point when the instructor were not present, the receptionist used to take class. Ridiculous isn't it. Your feedback will be taken as a offence. Lots to say. I changed to private tutor and they are progressing very well.
