Lovely refreshing juice and shakes that my kids liked alot

Massy traffic while ordering in car even i ordered from the link (Aseer Time Website) before 20 minutes and order not ready when i visited there they said nothing showing in the system. Lake of communication in the system and staff looks lost because a lot of cars. Lake of management of arrangements. On the other hand the product is good so one star for juice fresh.

very bad service the staff are so rude , they don't want to listen to the order when we came they hand us online menu then went away when we choose the order they start to say we don't have most of the juices so why don't inform us from beginning!! and i asked for the juice with no ice after half an hour waiting for a juice!!!!! they make the other no ice and when i asked to change it as it's their mistake they replay rude and then they came and give us the juice and went away fast so when i saw it . it was with ice !! the same one they didn't change it ... veryyyyy rude
other branches have better service!!

We request Fakhfakhina , I didn’t liked at all, they put only few pieces of fruits , most of them were tasteless like the melon and watermelon, I have tried this in many places but here I don’t like the taste and the Icecream taste also not really good. It was by 20 AED .

No one takes order outside afternoon time the parking was an issue one employee is working in the other girl is busy with talabat drivers but overall a good place for cooling down and having a different kind of juice and drinks

Most of the juices were not available
Only one person preparing the juice, collecting the money and taking the orders
Juice taste was not great though
