The person in charge, Katie Huo was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I did not purchase as the range did not appeal to me but this doesn't mean it's not a nice collection. A premium brand and a good experience

Katie from Dubai mall branch was very kind , sweet helpful , and very friendly . The whole atmosphere in the boutique was great . there was also Jihan her colleague who approached and helped me with the payment was very kind as well. Best shopping experience ever , really , loved my watch and the service was excellent, they even offered me water , and gifted me few goodies , thank you Katie again for your hospitality, great knowledge, and your kindness. You really made my day and my first shopping experience with Tag heuer memorable , many thanks again and again

HORRIBLE! HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!

Technical service resembles to what you would get in a 3rd world country to say the least, do not even think to trust them with your $$$$ watch even if they paid you to do so, cause you will end up with a damaged or non operating watch like I did. They totally destroyed my watch when “trying” to replace the strap of it, and I mean totally. The watch is not working anymore since obviously they were hammering it to remove the strap. Workmanship is below absolute zero.
I wouldn’t expect such an awful experience from a luxurious brand in one of the most expensive places in the world.
This place is a DISGRACE for the brand.

PS: you indeed suggested a replacement watch, which unfortunately wasn’t working when I stepped in to get it, no thanks for the offer. The new watches do not seem very reliable indeed.

TAG HEUER store in the Dubai mall is amazing ???? from the welcoming from the representative ( Jerry), to the awesome unique watches designs and display!!!
Moreover, it is price friendly for watches of such calibre ⏱️⏳????????

I had a great experience with Tag Heuer - Dubai Mall. Avi, the sales representative, did a great job representing the brand and ensuring that the whole transaction went smoothly. I got the Carrera - Porsche Limited Edition and this was my first Tag purchase and I couldn’t be happier.
