Stellar service, great atmosphere, and great value for the money!

Bar/restaurant staff is talkative and provides lots of valuable insights about the life in Dubai.

And a great value recommendation from the local concierge to go for the VIP Sky Lounge at Burj Khalifa instead the regular ticket ????

Looking at Burj Khalifa so close to my room is an awesome feeling. Nothing else can describe the location better. Rooms are super spacious and have all amenities like a mini bar, working table with lamps. Reception asks you to download the Taj Dubai App and you can control elevators and room key-in from that. App also helps you control the room lights. 3rd floor provides a modern gymnasium, spa center, swimming pool and breakfast area. Food spread is huge consisting of Arabic, Continental and Indian and tastes very good.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at! From the moment we got there, the welcome we got made us feel special. The service by all the staff we came across was second to none, the hotel, the room, the bar and the pool were all exceptional. The breakfast was just amazing, a selection for everyone, we were spoilt for choice. The gentleman who took us to breakfast (Shiv) was always friendly and remembered us and Pritha who was serving was so lovely and friendly, we always had a good conversation with her when we went for breakfast and she made a fuss for us as we were celebrating some special events. The hotel looked after us so well, that we will be sure to return on our next trip!

Exzellent Service and kindness , welcoming staff.
Breakfast complete and delicious.
Quite central in the business bay area and close to the Dubai mall, shuttle service to the mall every hour (and return).
Restaurants in the Hotel too.
Spa , pool and fitness center available. Kids club .

we stayed in this hotel 22nd July 2023 to 26july 2023.Everything was excellent. The location ,food ,service every thing was great.But one bad thing happened, my son left his iPad in the room 2012 where we stayed. So if you guys found the ipad can u give me the contact number so I can talk and get the ipad.I am in usa write now.I hope my son will get his iPad back and I appreciate if you respond to my comment.

An excellent hotel worthy of the Taj brand when it comes to hospitality. This hotel is like an oasis in the midst of downtown Dubai where you instantly feel at home. We stayed at a family suite for three nights and enjoyed every bit of our time here.
The rooms are indeed super spacious. Since we took the family room we had a spacious sofa cum bed along with a king size bed ???? Despite two beds the room dint feel crammed at all. The bathrooms and the wardrobe areas were both spacious too.
The breakfast buffet in the morning was a delight indeed.
The staff was so helpful every step of the way and made the experience the best. It’s the people who make a hotel the best and Taj indeed hires the best staff. Will def choose them over others again ????????

I would like to thank the hotel management for the wonderful place, the good reception, and the endeavor to satisfy the customer and meet all his requests with an open heart. I especially thank the receptionist, Maria, and Brother Seif, for their cooperation with us, for their good treatment, and for their keenness to provide the best service to the customer. As for the satisfaction I found with the place, I extended my stay for additional days. .

Took 4 calls and multiple transfers just to confirm if an early check In option was there. In the end decided to go with another hotel. No Clarify in communication, would not recommend this hotel for early check In's as they asked me to book the room for 2 days when my stay was only for 14 hours during day time and doing an late night checkout
