DONT ORDER! The riders take your food, the restaurant gave all my items. BE CAREFUL! You inform the talabat staff they don't understand the problem and mention we will assign a new rider. Made me wait for 2 hours for my food at the end I decided to cancel. CAREEM is much better service! I will not be using Talabat again!

Received only a fraction of my order - more than 10 items were missing. Yet after calling and investigation with the call center + delivery guys, the operational Mart manager (Joban) had the brutal audacity to say that he did fulfill the order and that “customer must by lying.” Unbelievable.

Very bad timing, delivery took more than 1 hour and 20 minutes. Even talabat help center on the app was not answering and couldn’t reach out to anyone to cancel my order.

The worst service ever!!!! ALWAYS Delays!!!! At least for 30 min . Delivery from Business bay to Downtown takes 1 h! And the time always changing for longer .

I just loooove this application. It’s my favorite in Dubai. We actually ordered some ice cream. It came with ice packs and a folding insulated bag. And I came across this amazing coconut water. It’s the best drink for a summer day. The delivery guys are very polite and they arrive at your place within less than 10 mins.

Talabat delivery in Dubai picked up my food at AL Fareej Restaurant and I never got it. Super late meal due to flight arrival and starving kid's and we never got it. I do not recommend Talabat delivery to anyone.
