My recent visit to the local supermarket had its ups and downs. While the limited variety of products was disappointing, the live team and snacks counter were highlights, offering great service. There were also some fantastic offers available, making the shopping experience more rewarding. With improvements in product variety, this supermarket has the potential to be even better.

Worst experience and very poor customer service...we r just two building away from the supermarket and they take minimum 3 hours to deliver. Faaz supermarket was even better than these guys. Staff behave very rude and no sense of customer relationship

I feel uncomfortable anyhow whenever I go there. Talking about the staffs, Before the change of the management I felt more free than now.
Lack of space in the shop maybe one of the problem there and Parking lots mostly filled anytime.

Never show a courtesy to respond back if delivery will be delayed. I do not reccomend them for Home Delivery.

Poor marketing and fake prices.
Tried it twice and I am very disappointed.
For home delivery ordered potatoes and they gave rotten /poor quality potatoes.

Their booklets have fake prices.
If it is by mistake they would have changed it.
Chicken breast /kg price is wrong
Dried apricot price / kg is wrong
Attracting customers with fake prices is not good for long term business.

Very bad service we send massages before 1 hour still not response. If don’t want delivery so please don’t mention we have delivery.????????

Very big store and has everything. Good service and has a cafeteria called chai Kappi.
