Customer service is VERY POOR. On a number of occasions when we called to request for delivery, the person on the other end of the line was so unenthusiastic and just hung the phone while the order was being placed. If it happened just once or twice, you might think the call was just accidentally cancelled. More than that, it tells you they don't want to take your order and they don't care about their customers. We won't be placing orders with these guys anymore. If their staff don't want to take customers' calls, it's fine. It's not like they are the only store around.
