Amazing gym! Everything was clean and nice! We enjoyed the workout here. They have enough space for a multifunctional workout and lots of equipment. However, I would be happy to have more space for yoga and stretching :)

I also got inspired by this desk and stayed 3 min in a plank :)

Nice gym, provided complimentary water and towels than the other gyms that stopped during COVID. Machines are all connected to tv and Internet. Squash court could be super loud if you’re exercising near the entrance.

Been a member here for 2 years now. And I just renewed it for a 3rd year. Classy, staff are friendly, fitness trainers are all helpful regardless if you're paying for personal training or not. It's On the high end of the price tag but well worth what you pay for.

Loved the pool
There is a dry and steam sauna inside changing rooms , clean and great showers
Gym had nice machines

Amazing place with 25m swimming pool! Highly recommend urban energy fitness! The name is the place has been changed to J-Club it used to be Talise Fitness. I suggested the edit to google maps.
