Too much Expensive for no reason. They will market the building as soon to be a family building. But every new tenant will be bachelors.
Corridor lights are now fixed and corridors have diffusers.
When doors are closed there will be a big gaps and to lock you need to put double locks.
Small gym.
Very poorly maintained swimming pool.
Bad Cellphone reception.
Etisalat recognize the building as a labour camp.
New management but no change at all.
Very frequent drainage works are happening in the basment so car parking have a sofocating smell at times
To be short its an expensive labour camp.

A mediocre housing facility . No super market or mosque or good restaurant near by .Building is good enough but rent is too high for available facility . Tanents will feel like staying in remote village .
