Very high pricing. They keep too much profits. The price tag on the shelves are fake and lower than actual, so you pay more at counter unknowingly. I don’t know this is intentional or unintentional by shop guys.

Poor customer service I have ordered some items around 3pm confirmed for delivery 6pm and delivered 7.45pm after several follow-up today
