Zemfira Aghabay is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Before our cooperation I have met many real estate agents, but her cleverness, professional skills and her beauty made me to choose her!

My encounter with Hams was nothing short of a complete disaster. I had the high expectations of working with a professional who could provide me with valuable information about properties, but instead, I was met with incompetence and a complete lack of assistance.
Furthermore, the few pieces of information Hams did provide were either outdated or completely inaccurate. It was evident that the agent did not bother to verify the details before sharing them with me, leading to further frustration and confusion.

Ms. ZEMFIRA is excellent at her job! I had a very particular request on what I wanted to have in my future home — personal use purposes. We looked at few properties, and she managed to get me a great deal! She is knowledgeable, sharp and knows her stuff.
