This is one of the few companies that made things so easy for me in terms of organizing rent agreement, papers, dealing with maintenance issues, deposit, etc.
Melissa Mey is such a patient person, so efficient and professional - she is a person who gets things done and so fast!
And thanks to Dhanesh as well who started my rental agreement papers.

Definitely one of the best agencies in Dubai. Was dealing with Tanin Real Estate as an owner and got my apartment rented out within few days! Real estate agent Dhanesh was constantly updating me on the viewings/ offers and closed the deal super fast. Extremely supportive and professional. Thanks !

They are organized, efficient and transparent.

Aisha was amazing to work with. Very professional. She really did understand what type of house I was looking for and did not waste my time showing me houses I did not like! She was also very fast in getting me all my documents which helped speed up my processes with my company for contract signing. Lastly, she was so efficient with great tips that helped me settle in quite fast! The office is also very pretty with great ambience.
