This is a medium sized supermarket. Generally you cannot find offers here but its clean and staff is good. They offer home delivery too in the nearby areas. One good thing is that you can find almost all your daily required stuff here, at one place.

Worst Shop and Arrogant staffs, don't respect the Customers. Always delivery will be hours late. Fake offers to sell their spoiled food stuffs. I have got spoiled prawns once.

Today i gave a torn note which i took it from another shop. He refused to accept and delivery person leaving the torn note at my doorstep without any respect.

Up to start of 2020 they were very customer friendly with good quality of fruits & vegetables but since Feb there quality of products & vegetables has gone down with rotten fruits & stall vegetables.Even they are selling their rotten veggies to some cafeteria guys in bulk to gain some money. Multiple occasion during home delivery services wrongly high priced stickers for veggies & fruits,salt ,chicken& bakery items.Also they will argue with you only for wrongly priced tag items or offered price items.Also after 30 minutes of shopping & payment queue at counter,if their Card machine is not working then they will ask you to cancel order or else pay in cash no home delivery in that case.

Horrible shop to buy things and if you opt for delivery, you are finished as you will not get delivery for more than 2 hours. Today for example i called for deliverying things and poor response and ultimate I went again in person to pick-up things myself-one of the shops to be avoided..

Very bad service. We have ordered and waited for 4 hours. We tried calling them. No response. No reply to Whatsapp messages. When we visited the Supermarket, the concern person told that, your order is out for delivery. We waited for an hour. After that their response comes as Items are not available. When the order is out for delivery then how come sudden ordered items are not available?. Most of the time, if you order 5 items, out of which only 3 will be delivered. I am not re-commanding this supermarket and in the future, I am not going to buy any items from here.Don’t get fooled by their “special offers”!

One of the worst supermarket in Al Nahda 2 area
Staff is to arrogant, wen u place any order dey will never deliver on time and wen we follow up dey will tell if u dnt want cancel , most arrogant staff I have talk with is Mr. Afzal

Wen dey put any offers dey will never deliver on time plus arrogance of staff to customers, soke of items are not even fresh

I do not advise anyone to deal with this store, the staff there takes a very long time to answer, as well as the delivery service is very late, it may reach more than two hours, knowing that my place of residence is very close, today I canceled an order.
