A little over 2 months ago I met with Daniel, trainer at Target Gym. He gave me a reality check of my body fat percentage and weight ratio. Since that day, every week, thrice a week I have met with Daniel for my hour long training sessions.

Daniel is probably the most knowledgeable trainer. He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself.

His training sessions are intense, fun, and always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. Never pushes you too hard, but just to the brink as he takes the time understands your capabilities.

I highly recommend him as a Trainer !

The Gym has deteriorated over the years... There are lot of equipment missing now for serious weight trainers... No bumper plates for deadlifts... Most of the plates have their bushes missing or worn off.. Some of curl bars are missing now or taken out... The staff don't care about gym etiquette... Especially in the evening.. It could be much much better...

I had joined in Sep’22 and till date I am going.
I feel very positive energy in Gym.
Trainer Mr. Danny is very cooperative and correct if anyone doing wrong exercise.
I my opinion Target Gym is best is Discovery Gardens

Am so happy when I think of all the physical activities I am now capable of doing it because of the support I get from my personal Tranier, initially it was very stressful as few of the moves were not at all my style/ out of my imagination. With constant support & motivation , he made me do it and NOW I AM CAPABLE OF doing it ????

Am not a gym person in general , but now the perception has changed & now I feel like *hit there on a daily basis* All these happened when I decided to join Target Gym in Q4 2022 and take support from a personal trainer , and this decision has changed my way to Being Healthy ????

Thanks to Target gym & the entire staff ????and especial thanks to my friend Danny for the support, encouragement & personal attention, he indeed give special attention to each trainees and make them HAPPY

I have been a member of this gym for one month now The equipment is top-notch and always well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, The location is convenient for me and the hours of operation are perfect for my schedule. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

One of the worst gym in the area

First you have to pay 300aed a month and they promised you, you will have a personal trainer who will guide you on your daily exercises, this gym is not good for beginners because when you ask the so called personal trainer ( Denis/ denny ) to guide you through, he refuses to guide you but will ask you to check on YouTube what exercise to do??? Really guys???

I do not recommend this place to the beginners nor to anyone. Thank you

I not going to share something new what others had already shared here after paying a hefty fees for the personal trainer & membership . Like many others & Mr. Samson/KW/Hardik/Shahrukh/Ninad/Gokul/Amir/Arun/Amr/Ali/Duried and the count goes on has also shared that it is One of the worst gym in the area. Gym mgmt. are only focusing money, Not clients. Trainers had zero focus on the client as everything work on pre paid basis so they have already got their share & stay away from them this is what my experience under so called trainer Elena & Danny. Complete no to Target Gym, I really regret :( not going through google review before signing up & if you are reading it , u better know what to do :) I m really waiting when google team will add dustbin/rotten tomatoes ratings to really justify the service we have received so we are not forced to gave them free 1 star to boost their counts.

Went to gym, requested for 1 day trail and they denied. Wanted to use the equipments and see the facility bt they dont allow.
