Here I am reviewing an airline that CLEARLY doesnt care about its reviews because money and profit its all that matters right? The crazy thing is that my flight wasnt cheap and I still got f ed by it.

Not very happy with the way they try to sell snacks for long periods of the flight and the passengers can't use the toilets which makes everyone including children desperate to go and causes a crush at the back and front. The landing is always rough and rushed. If your not very desperate to save money, I advise to use different airlines.

Its absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable! Families with new borns waiting in a queue to enter UK. Even British nationals, we had to wait for 2.5 hours, to get through a check. THEY KNEW that due to the end of school holidays there will be lots of families with kids, ambut didn't prepare for it. 2.5 hours listening to crying babies, hot, no water, and around 3000 people in a line to get through border check. Completely unorganised, felt like Died and went to hell, as there was no escape.
If travelling I recommend to choose Luton Airport, never had any issues there.
Stansted punishes for having children as if your child is under 12, you are stuck there

Ryanair customer service at the airport are very stupid and are not educated they make thier own rule. Rubbish service and those ladies at the customer support should be kicked out because Ryanair going to lose so many customers because those lady service

ANTISEMITIC company ! Be aware!
They did not let me in the flight with few excuses so I thought the just nasty but down there I found another few Jewish families from different flights which they didn't stop them going to their flight!!

This it ANTISEMITIC company and please don't use they miserable services!!!

TOTALLY CORRUPT! Purchased a Ryanair ticket with bus transit, which required NO PCR TEST at time of purchase as we were transiting on from the RIX airport. They denied our HEALTHY family boarding passes, stating policies were updated a day or 2 before our departure, (They weren't sure when, to not include buses. SAME Package deal still available online with LUX and NO PCR Requirement! No refund, No solution, but were quick to push the PCR TEST which is a flawed process as it can give false positives more often than not. Research it.

It seems like în 2022 the things are getting worse! "Keep it simple" needs to be changed with keep it tough! My wife and I waiting for about 1.20 to go through security check! Long queue with unusual way of doing things!

Whatever you think you might save by flying RyanAir, it's not worth having to endure the odyssey of human misery / monument to late-stage capitalism that is Stansted Airport.
