Yesterday night I ordered non-vegetarian thali and did not receive sweet with that... Informed to the counter person but he took litely (doesn't bother)... As sweet mention in the menu.. if you don't have it please give a discount to the customer..

One of the worst experience i ever had. In 13aed they served me with 2 pieces of roti, kid portion of daal, to two tiny pieces of chicken. Chicken was smelling as it was fired in used oil. Am not gonna recommend this place to anyone. Worst place to dine.

AED 32 charged for " so-called" Thali, which consists of two Naan, fried rice( aparently, it was taken out from refrigerator and served even without making it hot) salad, Daal and Fried Potatoes. The food was horrible
Please stay away from this restaurant if you value your money and health

Lately, we’ve been ordering aloo parathas from Tawa and Grill. They are so full of flavor and worth every penny. The paratha comes with a delicious aloo ki subzi and some raita. Highly recommended!!

The best suji pani puri in Dubai.I always go here to eat suji pani puri. Best indian chinese food. Recently I had Chicken sizzler with fried rice, it was really tasty.

This was the 1st time i had ordered from this place, it not just misdirected me with the dishes they also had an excuse for the same.

Service -
So it happened that i ordered a chicken thali and as i was ordering the cashier told me their management has changed so many things on their menu were not served, to which i was ok. Later i told him to give me 1 dry chicken n 1 gravy and i even asked what sweet was been served (before ordering) to which he said there is payasam(rice base sweet dish) i was happy to be getting payasam so i went ahead and ordered. Not only did i get 2 gravy dishes but i didn't get served the sweet with the original order. I had to go to the counter twice to remind for the sweet( 15minutes later i got my sweet which was pre cooked and in the hot vessels) and to my utter surprise it wasn't payasam but some dal based sweet.
Frankly, i didn't even complain there as i was already disappointed and tired by the horrible service.

Food -
The food was ok. Butter chicken was served which tasted good and chapati was good. Pickle was watery, the raita was water, rice was under cooked, dal was ok and another chicken dish was weird tasting. The so called payasam ( sweet dish) was not appetising at all.

Atmosphere -

It's basically inside the mall food court, i just felt disappointed by the food and service so to me the atmosphere was also mediocre.

Not recommending this place at all. I half heartedly took pictures of the place as well as the food, not worth the time and money for sure.

Bad experience from Tawa and grill .I ordered my fav food samosa chat ,but they have given peanut dish very disappointed .I have not seen or eaten anything like this ,for years i started to eating this dish .
