Amazing place guys,take note if this,you can't attend a lecture with shorts,I had to buy a trouser at the nearby shops,lol.service delivery was quick,waiting time was on point,the receptionist made me smile.The class was smooth without stress. Weldone guys

i won't visit this branch in future. i found so uncomfortable atmosphere. Receptionist don't listen what i am telling and asking questions on same what i am telling repeatedly. i would say from reception till customer counter everyone has same behavior and no body has exact information that was reason they were repeating same question only one person in whole department know what to do after wasting 20 minutes for nothing i got my card printed. i would suggest this branch staff need more training to improve.

The guy on the reception missed our papers that’s why we’ve waited for long as our names were not called, my goodness! I had to follow up twice to find out! They’ve wasted our time. No customer service skills, no apologies or anything. It’s like nothing happened and taking their sweet times. If you’re going here, make sure you follow-up and check, otherwise same thing might happen.

I have been to this Centre today. Very uncomfortable place.
Starting from Reception,supervisor and then to the cash counter nobody have any exact information. My colleague went their for renewal of his labour card and they send him back saying its automatically renewed due to Covid 19. Now they are saying there is fine. Supervisor is saying an amount and cashier is saying another amount. Receptionist was literally chasing an old man I really felt sorry for him.
I request Ministry of Labour to kindly check on to this and pls give proper training to these staff what is customer service. I an living in this country for 12 years and I was shocked seeing the staff behaviour. Really pathetic.

Very efficient and helpful staff, all labour contract queries,training are dealt here, ample seating with space between available for visitors

Tawjeeh I don't know the exact reason why to make this center.. But infact it's open by the Dubai government and for all pro and for all companies must read it carefully..
Now when you will make a labor contract for an employee at the time of submission the labor contract you must bring the employee with you they will provide an hour training and only after completing the training you can submit the contract.
So be careful

They help me a lot, I was facing technical problem during printing of labour contract, I visited tasheel centre but they are unable to sort out my problem, finally I got the place where I can come always because all staff is very helpful

Worst service I have ever seen, receptionist (Philippino ) leadyhave next level of attitude doesn't know how to behave how to speak with customers.
