Worst sandwiches ever! I ordered 4 sandwiches and the moment we started eating all the ingredients fell from the bread! This is unacceptable!

I ordered from Instashop app today at 5:35PM, If I could give Zero, I wouldn’t wait! Everything is ruined in this experience. Order was late for 80 mins of its scheduled time (6:20PM), It came at 7:41PM, Sandwich is full of sauce than chicken, Fries is not just cold but I’m sure 100% that it’s not fresh and was left over from yesterday! It’s a shame to pay AED226 in such experience and order! Highly not recommended and will spread this to all possible connections and channels

Do not order from them. Dishonest in the product advertised and what you actually get delivered. Plus most of the food was stale, probably reheated or something. The half grilled chicken boneless was neither half nor boneless, the Arabic bread was stale, the fries were cold. A complete disappointment.

Bad taste and not fresh at all, expensive and waste of money, don’t order from this restaurant and if you did by mistake make sure you have change or they will cancel your order or some times they return the order after delivery reaches your door step pretending safety and security reasons
