Busy place. Tea is good. Food is average. Good to catch some bites on the go. If you are in hurry.

Took Chilly Paratha, Cheeze waffle and Tea as dine in. I ate half and went to take water bottle. When I come back, one of their cleaner took my food and thrown in the garbage. The manager of the shop has started teaching me that you should inform us before moving from the chair instead of asking his employee why he did not confirm before throwing the food away.
Thank you so much for showing such a wonderful experience.

I was blown away by the quality and pricing they offer. Its a pit stop for all fastfoods, whuch are tastier and freshly made. Sandwich, clubs and burgers are lip smacking. He mini sandwich are must try complemented witha piping hot karak tea. Affordable price in entire metro stations across dubai.

First of all I’m wondering who is giving 4+ star rating,I think their own????????????.
Over prices and worst quality.
13 years using the same metro station everyday,
Shawarma already packed and kept for hours, there is a chance for food poisoning. Please,requesting authorities to provide us good restaurants which have good quality and minimum priced and good customer service.Thank You

Very High price not worth it .
I ordered chicken cutlet i got potato cutlet????.I complaint regarding,their answer was its coming from outside sir,
They took my cutlet and threw to dustbin and No refund or exchange ????.Then i asked about to contact supervisor,Their answer was ,He is busy come next time for your complaint ,No Logic,Very disappointed

Nice place to have tea & snacks. Love this place. Prices are affordable. Nice friendly staff of different nationalities. Pakistani , Indian, African etc . All good staffs behave well with customers.

Well I was hungry and then when I exited the trains I went down and couldn’t resist so I needed to eat and drink and well o thought I could use an refresher to drink too and then I saw this tea station when I was exiting so and then I was splendid happy that there was an cafeteria there as I was tired too much even to walk I was but luckily there was this cafeteria,I thank soo much to the owners and the food yes ofc coffee to milkshakes all was good indeed and to eat some northern stuff to to Asian to Indian to European and American all types of burgers and rotis and snacks made me refreshed to get going ~from a happy noble customer who really thanks these guys,not giving free stars but I’m really delighted like I was starving to death but I was saved so I was happy the customer feedback too was good again thank you ???? ????
