Awful experience on multiple levels. I tried a tutoring session and the sound problems made it inaudible. (I have 200 mb internet speed and solid desktop). Now they would not send me back the credit that I still have with them. I had deposited money in advance and spent a tiny fraction of it on that session and they refuse to send me the balace back (in other words they are keeping my own unspent money for themselves).

Be careful doing business with them. They take weeks to answer emails and when they do, they're not at all helpful. You've been warned.

Loved! Excellent lesson, good value for money intuitive UX. I have pretty low internet-speed, but all worked smoothly in the video-clasroom, documents sharing and screen sharing.
