I ordered beef biriyani through noon from this resturant, the order which I received have a very bad smell and look like it was expired. If I ate this..I will be sick in hours..

I ordered food. .sent the location then itself which is 13min away from them. .after 1 hour when I asked where is my order, they said the location is far & it does not meet the minimum spend. .very bad behavior. .if they told me this earlier I would have added more items to meet the minimum spend. .such a waste of time

Ordered Beef Paratha roll from Tea Chat.
They have given me spoiled beef having foul smell.
In first bite itself i vomitted.

And it was not even delivery - It was Dine-In, From the spot they gave me spoiled food.

Life time worst experience????????

When ever I order to this restaurant they always delayed every time there ordertaker giving excuses we don't have staff if you don't have staff just shut down you restaurant it's better then excuse now I send them message to take order they are not seen my order i don't know how is run there restaurant and why yesterday I ordered of wheat prantha and he is send me ata prantha message on WhatsApp I went outside after I saw messages they didn't take my order then I message he said you didn't reply there order taker don't what is wheat pranata and what is atta prantha this maybe only one resturant who are getting good reviews

If there would have been negative rating less than 1,I would have done it.
Zero quality of food,zero listening skills.Even though you order through whatsapp,then also they’ll forget to see your additional comments.
Morover they always need more than a hour to deliver your order.Being a restaurant you should value your customers,but they’re not even bothering to recheck again what they’re sending.
Please I suggest you guys,don’t order from this outlet and waste your time and money.
I’ll NOT RECCOMEND this restaurant to anyone out there.

I have ordered couple of times with noon from this restaurant. Always they send either send wrong item nor missing items. They dont look your order instead they send you as they like only. If its happend only once, we can understand that may be some mistakes from their end, but it happend atleast 4 times with in 2 months. So I pressume that they intentionally doing this to cheat customer or they have some serious issues to manage the orders.

Any way its unacceptable at all, we just delay them due to the nearest one and they got many option for kerala foods. Hope they see the review and improve the situation, Thanks!

Order chiken bruger with khabous and they give ne bred chiken bruger totally cold .30 minutes no one deliver after 30 minutes wait no one deliver after they deliver very cold .
I retrun one chicken bruger take 50 minutee.

I will not recommended bad service. Bad experience not professional staff we are paying to they srve fresh food not spoil food .we take action and call directly food& Muncplipty department
