I wasn't planning to buy just want to check some teas but Ms. Lenny of Tea Land DFC was so friendly and accommodating. She even let's us smell the teas that we might like. And I end up buying two kind of teas.

Finally found what I've been looking for! A huge thanks to Ms. Issa (Tealand DFC) for your assistance, the aroma and flavor of Jasmine Pearl Green Tea is exactly what I was looking for.

One stop shop for tea lovers. Well-trained staff, wide range of premium tea and beautiful teawares.

Highly recommended. Will definitively be going back.

I love how Rhoda cheerfully assisted me when I asked about one of their products, her energy and vibe just made me wanna come back often and the assortment of the shop is just brilliant where you can see everything that you would need from a tea shop, not to mention the location within the mall which is just perfect, you can easily see it right when you come in from the entrance. Overall, I would definitely recommend ????????

I am a coffee lover, but after trying this tea introduced by Miss Virgina Arias, a warm and personable service member, I will definitely become a tea lover. I appreciate how she educates me on various types of tea and how they might benefit my health. I know the matcha tea is the same as the matcha in Japan after trying it. This product is highly recommended!

Went to the Tealand store in Dubai Festival Plaza and was attended to by Juvy. She was very welcoming and explained the benefits of the products available. In particular, she recommended for us to try the Rooi Booster tea to help us achieve a good night’s sleep. Top notch customer service. Will definitely come back again to try the other tea selections.

Good little car park, it can be a bit confusing on entrance, make sure you don't go straight on into the permit holder only bit.

Minimal spaces though. Accepts MiPermit for payment.

Great car park for access to the Chelmsford theatre went on a Sunday 3 pound parking all day

Unable to park at 11 am as most of the car park is now permit holders only..needed to park to visit the hub for a blood test. Most disappointing.

Us d to be quite crowded and busy before Covid lockdown(s), now generally always get a parking spot without too much bother.
Pay before the xiting at the 2 machines by the street level pedestrian entry from the Baytree, use your paid ticket to get though the exit barriers.
30 minutes free Mon - Sat then increasing to £1 for an hour and goes up in sensible increments the longer you stay.
On Sundays a £2 flat fee for all day applies, presumably for those who want to read their newspaper in one of the coffee shops, have breakfast/ lunch, do a bit of shopping, meet friends without clock watching.
Free parking in the 2 weeks in the run up to Christmas.
Cheaper than Chelmsford who sting you for £1.50 as soon as you drive in and collect your ticket whether you park for 5 minutes or an hour. Over an hour goes up in BIG increments, same in some other town car parks around Essex.

Wow it's expensive! Just needed two hours of parking and in a rush so no time to find anywhere else. At 3pm it was £8.50 for anything over one hour, a mistake I won't be making again.

This is a great car park with plenty of spaces if you feel like parking a car. It is convieniently located for many things. Close to the bus station . Close to the railway station. Close to many of chelmsfords shops and restaurants. I find it convienient as it is close to parkway so great if you need to make a quick getaway.

Cheap parking @ £2.50 all day on weekends. 5 mins to the shops and a bonus of the cathedral on route.

Much cheaper parking than town centre at £2.50 a day at the weekends.
Only a short walk to town centre
