I would like to share my wonderful experience which I had with Kamran Cabs. I will give it 5 out of 5 stars because the driver was very good , professional and above all the car was very clean. I booked taxi from my hotel to my work where where I went for the conference and back to hotel then. The driver picked me on time and he was very polite and helping. I will surely recommend it to my friends and I will highly suggest it to the people who lives in Cornwall to use as their rate is suitable and feasible as compare to other companies.

Hi to some people who's put a comments on here rating it 5 stars I'm not saying everybody but so people who are claiming this service is good are actually working for the company itself just to everybody that reviews be very weary of this service as me and my partner got scammed yesterday I will be doing my best to make sure this service doesn't run again unless they can admit what they've don't which I don't think their planning on. I do hope many other people stop using this service as there are alot of crafty people in the world amongst alot of good people in the world

Pre booked a taxi to Tunes In the Dunes and back 2 weeks prior to the festival. They took money up front and then cancelled the return journey with no warning shortly before the end of the festival leaving us stranded. When we called them they were extremely patronising told us to walk home (~12 miles) then blocked our numbers. Zero apology or good reason for the cancellation and generally rude when we tried to resolve the situation. Would not recommend.

EDIT : in response to the owners comment. This was never mentioned and we were told we could pay when they picked us up for the return. On the night they claimed there were sudden staff shortages with no further information then blocked our numbers.

This new claim about return journeys not being guaranteed is simply a lie and an excuse to save some face instead of addressing customers concerns. Avoid this company.

Booked an advance two way journey to and from Perranporth for Tunes In The Dunes. Pick-up at 12:30, and return pick up at 23:15. They were at least 20 minutes late for the first pick-up which was disappointing.
Upon arrival in Perranporth, we confirmed with our driver the later pick-up time, and asked if they needed the money up front or not. We were told they didn't mind, it was our choice so we decided to pay for the 2 journeys separately.
This is where a mediocre service went downhill. We were notified by text that our return journey was cancelled because they were short staffed. Fair enough, emergencies happen, people get sick, cars break down whatever. Every other taxi company that I've pre-booked with, if they've had to cancel the booking, they've arranged with another company to fulfil the booking at no extra cost. Unfortunately, Kamran Cabs don't feel this is part of the service. They ignored our attempts at contact, and we ended up having to call people out of bed from 10 miles away to pick us up.
Other members of the party have used this review service to voice their displeasure and have been told it's due to us not paying upfront for the return journey. This is not correct as we were told we had the choice and they didn't mind either way. And if this is the case, why did they text to say the reason was because they were short-staffed.
Extremely disappointing service which tarnished an otherwise extremely pleasant day.

Not reliable at all. And very rude. Pre booked a week or two in advance for Tunes in the Dunes there and back. They dropped us off fine, although they were half hour late but we weren't too bothered about that. We then recieve a text at 8 pm saying they wouldn't be picking us up, so we were left stranded with no way home. All other taxi companies were booked up. We called them to ask what was going on but told us they were now too busy and that we will have to start walking!! Reminded them we had a child with us but they didn't care. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Simply amazing ???? the driver picked my girl from Aldi. My girl had shopping bags with her and our 2 nieces . The driver helped her with the bags and carried all the way to the house door. Wonderful taxi service with polite , kind and very professional driver with suitable fare❤️ we used other taxis services before but after my taxi experience with kamran cabs, definitely I will be using this company afterwards❤️

Pathetic excuse for a taxi company ran by pathetic excuses for people. Booked a taxi nearly 2 weeks in advance for a two way trip. Turned up 30 minutes late for the way there then we had a text later that night while we were already there that they were no longer picking us up because they had 'too much work'. Left women and a child abandoned in perranporth 12 miles away from home late at night with no way home. No other taxi companies were free so we were completely abandoned. Rang them and asked if they could come get us at any other time as we were willing to wait even an hour or more but the guy on the phone said they've got too much work. Why are you taking on extra jobs if you had a booking to forfill? Completely rude and unprofessional. We weren't asked at all to pay for the return journey upfront and were not told at all that not paying for the return journey would mean that they could decide not to get us.

Very sober and professional cab service. I have used couple of taxi services in Cornwall and truro but Kamran Cabs is very polite professional and fare was very less as compare to other taxi companies. I was in cornwall for a trip and on my way back home from cornwall to london I have booked taxi from Cornwall to london. I will give 5 / 5 to this company and will highly recommend to others and will surely use it in future if I ever get an opportunity to visit Cornwall again❤️
