Worst customer service and the outlet in safeer mall 6 Sharjah branch 2 staff is only out to exploit customers and give them wrong information to cheat them. Even from their head office poor management and they can not assist customer. I bought a mobile lava v90 which the screen was not working and the staff knew and sold it to me and when I went back he was claiming the mobile was new whereas it was not and they didn’t want to exchange or refund.

I had really bad experience from your staff in the branch AL FAHIDI yesterday. Ur staff behaviours was really disrespectful and unprofessional. Shouting, arguing, the whole mall crowd was there in front of ur shop because of his loud shouting. I felt ashamed my self. I don’t think so he is normal. He was like ready to attack physically. Definitely I’ll move legally to teach him consumer rights little atleast.

Your retail shop at Mango Mall at DIP 2 is very expensive and rude staff....the price of SanDisk 128GB Ultra Drive Dual Go USB Type C is AED 85 while in Carrefour price is only AED 45 unbelievable....I will not recommend your shop anywhere in UAE.....

The worst experience I've encountered,Don't buy any products from techorbit DIC outlet,I have bought one product from Techorbit outlet in Madina mall DIC,Due to the poor quality the product has been damaged within 4 days,So i requested them to replace it,But the staff was refused to accept as he say if you don't want this product just throw it.
"THE STAFF SHOWED ME REAL CUSTOMER RIGHTS"
Shame on you my friend!!!
