Good service and polite staff. Timely delivery and good quality products. Specifically fresh fish we get in karama.

Very poor service takes 1-2 hours in delivery and keep on saying delivery man on his way, and when you receive the stuff most of the things old dated or spoiled vegetables.. Shop is very dirty. Very unhygienic... Over and above reception staff has no manners to talk.. this review is after 5th 6th bad experience with them.

Very poor service, they delays more than one to two hours in delivery even though needs to deliver neighbour building and most of time send spoil or nearby expiry products and sometimes send half order... Very very poor service they should close their supermarket. No manners to talk with client.

The cashier behaivor is so aggressive, so poor attitude
even he don't know how to talk with coustomer, he said no hindi no English only malayialam he knows highly request to management give him proper training

Higher prices as compared to groceries delivering in Karama, late deliveries taking more than 1 hour , wrong products being sent and on top of that no response to the call for replacement of the wrongly sent product.
Pathetic supermarket.

It's open 24 hours. Best place to buy fish because they will clean it throughly unlike LuLu supermarket. But for other products there are no price tags. You've to take everything to the counter to know the price..very annoying.

A medium scale supermarket and can have all the daily need products, including fish/meats/ vegetables etc. A small area has bakery also having snacks/Pastry/ cakes etc.
Home delivery tooks a bit time expect that all are fine.
