Very bad snacks and tea old snacks they are providing am experienced two three times first I thought it was there mistake now I got to know they intentionally provide that I don't recommend ????????????????

Very bad delivery service, i have got only 1 of 10 orders given to them. But of course nice snacks and average good tea served. A small shop with good and variety kerala snacks and tea. They keep samosa, egg puff, pazhampori, egg bun etc

Nice tea shop. All kind of malabar snacks available. Even kalumakaya niracharhu, petti pathil, kerala style egg puffs, unnakkai, erachi pathil, bun nirachathu samoosa and all. Even its a small shop and having a Q of customers they try to deliver on time but some time they forget ????

After a really bad first dress experience at another shop, I was really worried about my appointment at Bridal Boutique at Chilham. But from the moment I pulled up I was already at ease.

There was a little heart chalk board with my name on the door, the boutique itself was so pretty and the dresses looked modern and lots of selection. Amy was lovely and really helpful. It was very homely and the mirror positioning meant I could see myself at every angle. Amy would also pull the train out and make it look pretty if I moved around for photos.

I tried on around 7 dresses and ended up falling in love and buying the first one I tried which was unexpected. I thought the price was going to be expensive as the whole experience had that feel and the dress itself felt expensive, however it was actually just under my budget! Amy gave me a seamstress list, packaged my dress and took a little photo of us all. Would 100% recommend to any future bride!

I've had the most wonderful experience here! Carly was lovely and patient, she made me feel relaxed and confident as I tried on lots of dresses. The boutique is so nicely decorated and it feels really cozy and intimate. This is the first bridal shop I went to and I am so happy I found my dream wedding dress here. Can't wait to go and pick up my dress tonight!

I no longer needed my wedding dress, so Carly and the girls took it off my hands, and have sold it onto a new beautiful bride. I received the money from the sale in my account today. Carly was so helpful when I took my dress to her all the girls are amazing thank you xxx

I had a wonderful time with my mum at Chilham Bridal from the first second.

When we arrived there was a chalkboard sign on the door saying 'Charlotte's dress day' - I love details like this.

Upon entering we took off our shoes which made us feel like we were at home. The decor of the store is beautiful with a lovely soft rug and lots of mirrors so you can see yourself in your dress at various angles.

Amy our host was warm, friendly and hospitable. She was extra helpful in getting me into my dresses and gave great advice about the dresses.

I loved the whole experience as it's just you in the boutique and therefore it feels more personal than the big bridal stores.

I tried on many gorgeous dresses and found the one. The dress is ex-sample so a lot cheaper than original. It's in great condition and will need some alterations obviously but that's standard. The dress gets sent to the dry cleaners before you can pick it up from them which is paid for by Chilham Bridal, not many stores do this so this is great especially as other people may have tried on the dress.

Overall we had an amazing time and I highly recommend! Thank you Chilham Bridal ❤️

THE place to get a dream wedding dress at affordable prices. Such a beautiful selection as well as creating the best atmosphere with your own private shopping experience to make it really special. Also Carly was very accommodating with me being indecisive and was not pressuring at all, allowed me to revisit and have helpful advice to try tailor the whole experience to each bride. Everyone loved the dress and I still love it now, just need to find somewhere to wear it again!

Carly was so welcoming, kind and chilled, she let me choose the dresses I wanted to try on and gave me great advice, she made the experience so lovely and fun. I chose my dress after about half an hour! Her prices and the quality of the dresses are amazing. I would definitely recommend Chilham Bridal to every Bride to be for the perfect experience with your Bridesmaids!

It's such a relief to visit a shop with lots of different styles, rather than one 'running theme.' The staff are so incredibly sweet and helpful; I never felt hurried at all. They really go the extra mile, from the sign on the door to taking pictures for you at all the best angles! Just such a warm and welcoming place. The communication is great, the selection of dresses is huge and we have come away on cloud nine! Thank you so much x

Beautiful boutique with the most stunning selection of dresses. Carly and her team are so lovely and extremely very experienced - you are in safe hands.
We have worked with the bridal boutique for many years now altering their dresses. We highly recommend ????
