Th8 Palm Jumeirah was a fantastic sophisticated hotel to end our holiday of a life time and we will definitely be back !

At the top of the Palm, the location of this hotel is amazing. We had a fantastic view of Dubai from our balcony. Guests have use of a private beach and swimming pools, which we took full advantage of.

The facilities in the hotel were excellent and all the staff we came across were very helpful, nothing was to much trouble.

In particular I would like to mention Catriena in reception who was very helpful and Jordan who was outstanding. After a long day traveling, and a very late but easy check in (we arrived in the early hours of the morning), Jordan upgraded both our rooms to suites which were both superb.

Both our rooms were spacious, very clean, well equipped and presented to a very high standard.

The suite had a kitchenette with an oven/microwave, hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.

Both the lounge and the bedroom areas of the suite had large LED TVs

The bathrooms were very large and modern. One of the suites had an extra WC.

Even without the upgrade the Th8 Palm Jumeirah would have been great value for money. But I have to say our rooms were amazing and this was a fantastic way to end our family holiday of a lifetime.

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 8 Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction , I want to specify Mr.Mina with great thanks due to his great support,professional quality management and excellent team leadership,The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable.

Amazing property. Perfect for a relaxing staycation. We were attended by Mr. Abdurakhim, he was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. We were 4 ladies in a suite room and it was quite comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend the Ocean view room ????????

Very good apartment for family with kids or couple, looking for romantic weekend or family time on the beach.

The place is amazing but the service is horrible!
The host NABIL who is supposed to be the face of the place is extremely RUDE AND Got an attitude issue, knows nothing about customer service, shocked to see such caliber in a chain like Accor where there should be a better selection process of the staff!
He made our stay at a lovely place like 8 The palm a horrible experience!

disappointed with customer service. I have a special status with Accor, not knowing that the hotel is managed by the company, I made a reservation through Booking where I also have a special status. When I checked in, I asked to upgrade my room to a room with two beds, because I am traveling with my mother. The guy at the reception named Arnel gave me a price that was higher than what I saw on Booking, Accor or anywhere else. I consider this a terrible treatment of customers, a fraud for money and I do not recommend a hotel to anyone that treats guests this way. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH TH8! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. i stayed at the hotel from March 20-22, 2023, room 4111. the room is small, i was promised a bigger room

Very basic hotel, not even close to 5 stars. Needed to redo the bill several times due to “mistakes” with additional items being billed “by mistake”. Very average service and watered down drinks. Additional charge to pool even being hotel guest.
