Food was delicious. But the service is way slow. Had to wait almost half an hour to get our order.

I do understand this is new restaurant in towns, but need to improve bit more in food quality , mo:mo to dry / newari set ( choila poor) pani poori was so salty, i think chef need to work bit harder, and yes costumers service its most important, please train the staff specifically ladies

But the perfume inside the restaurant is very very strong khana khnda ni nose ma tyakkai strong smell aucha pls pls
i request to the owner or who so ever it may concern tyo smell le
nai auna man lagdaina.
Otherwise service food is great!

Ambiance of Thamel Restaurant is best.
No matter i go there with bunch of friends or family ,it feels awesome every single time.
On the top of that food they serve is Nepali tasty too❤️

Update: New service staffs are inexperienced, confused, with little to no communication skills and inattentive. Busy talking to each other in loud voices instead of paying attention to the waiting customer. Seems like they're in their home.
Not very welcoming and not even a bit professional at all.
The place is downgrading day by day in comparison to what it was before. All my recent visits weren't very pleasant.

Old Review: Food is awesome and mouth watering. Do visit this place if you want to try authentic Nepali cuisine.
Hospitality is the first the you will love here. Excellent customer service like nowhere.

My family we are regular customer in thamel but this is the last time we are here as we are really disappointed the way you serve now thamel has reduced the quantity of food a lot and lastly we order momo platter of 44Aed and chicken thukpa 0f Aed18 but when I see the quantity of food it's only the waste of money even the baby will not be satisfied with this food and it's waste of money and time very disappointed even shocked to see this condition of thamel better I order from silver spoon burdubai but now this thamel restaurant I just can't trust and this isour last time and please don't fool like this to people because please think Nepali people are loyal humble please don't try to portrait our culture bad and foolish in front of other people and in cities like Dubai.... even I'm also Nepali from Darjeeling India and I hope you learn from your mistakes...
