It's a Shafai Masjid at Firj Murar, Deira. it is open during prayer times..
It is a Single storey building with prayer room at ground floor and the first floor..
The toilet and ablution space is at basement, way from inside the Masjid ..

In Zohar prayer it closes at 2PM.. it sometimes closes at 5pm after Asr prayer or sometime remains open till Isha prayer till 9PM..
Generally it remains open after Magrib prayer till Isha prayer ..

The Jumuah(Friday) prayer Khuthbah starts at sharp 1:15PM followed by the prayer.. for Friday prayer you should perform Wuzu(ablution) at home/office and carry a Musallah(prayer mat) as you don't get space to go in the Masjid if you are coming post 1PM..

A quite place to perform prayers ..
