Booked a taxi using the app and it showed a taxi would be 1 minute. I waited outside for taxi cause it was only 1 minute. I then check the app and it showed a different taxi was on it's way and would be 1 minute. That taxi then sent it back. I called to ask if it was on it's way because I had an appointment, what I received was Terrible customer service from one of their employees "jaqueline" may aswell be Karen. The tone in your voice, totally cut me off when I was speaking and not listening to your CUSTOMER. I was simply trying to explain my situation and you just cut me off. I said your clearly not listening thank you goodbye, after that i then had my taxi cancelled by the company. I then tried to rebook a taxi and was continuously cancelled on me. I called back and asked why and she respond with because you said I wasn't listening to you. Not at any point did I ask for the taxi to be cancelled. No apology, nothing. Terrible customer service Karen sorry I mean jaqueline, and that's ashame because every else there is lovely and listen. Just 1 miserable lost soul. If you ever have the unfortunate experience talking with her youll know by the tone of her voice instantly. Wont ever be using that service again. I dont even want to give the 1 star

I booked a taxi and the lady on the phone confirmed that it would come as soon as possible. After waiting 1 hour outside with the children to take them to school didn't show up, I called back the lady told me that I was banned and no taxi would come and when I asked
her why she didn't tell me from the beginning she hung up. Shame on you

Taxi ordered not appearing on time I was told. While calling back company lady was very rude with answer and hang up!!! Avoid this taxi service if you can.

Shocking service, the taxi doesn’t turn up and then when you ring the woman on the phone is just rude and then hangs up the phone. Won’t be using again. Use star cabs instead of these jokers

The Sky Cabs company cannot be trusted. Within one week I had pre-booked this taxi twice and each time the driver was 20 minutes late. We booked it for a very important event and we couldn't be late and we mentioned this when we were booking the taxi. The driver wasn't even aware that he was late and having really bad attitude and being really rude said that he literally got a call from his office couple of minutes ago to come to our address. He was already 20 min late. No apologies whatsoever. The second time I was trying to call to ask where the driver is as it was getting so late- again nearly 20 min, while I was asking why the driver is late and when he is going to arrive as we were getting late, someone just hanged up on me. Again no apologies from anyone, only the rude driver shouting at me that he just got a call from the office couple of minutes before he came. The Sky Cabs became the worst taxi service in Corby. I will not be using this service never again in my lafe. It's hard to believe that there is a company like this in the UK who took his customers for granted and provides the worst possible service. Soon nobody will use you service Sky Cabs. You work really hard to loose all your customers. The worst company I came accros in my life.

Do Not Recommend.

Twice we have tried sky cabs and twice they have let us down!
Yesterday we booked through their app in plenty of time to get to the train station… they accepted our booking, left us waiting for ages and then cancelled on us with no reason! No phone calls or contact of any kind
However, we walked out of our street and saw a black cab pull up outside the wrong road, he waited for 2 seconds and then drove off - we assumed this was our driver, who just couldn’t find our street, yet instead of contacting us he decided to cancel the booking - making us miss our train.

More fool us for giving them a second try! When almost the exact same thing happened previously… and I must add, our street is not hard to find!

It is the total lack of communication or respect of their customers that means I won’t be using them again.

I've never used cabs in corby until today. I booked a cab 3 hrs before I needed it so there wouldn't be any delay.. but....it was half hour late and still no show. I call the firm only to be told its raining and tuff luck I'll have to wait......that's it!! So needless to say I cancelled that cab and called star cabs who arrived to collect us within 5 mins . Dont bother with this company, Try star cabs instead. You won't be disappointed.

If there was an option to give sky cab zero star rating, I would definitely give them zero star. Absolutely appaling device, disgusting and rude behaviour of telephone operator. Missed such an important appointment because of their in competencies as they are always late and when asking for the update on ETA, my phone number was placed on their Blacklist. I am glad to be on their Blacklist, as I will never ever use sky cab again. I have used other taxi service and they are always on time and atleast keep me updating if they are running late. Shame on you Sky Cab or whoever runs this business.
