Despite the Flats being nice, parking in the basement is a nightmare for those with SUVs of normal size, the entry to the basement and exit is very narrow(despite them claiming to comply with Dubai building Code regulations). No help will be provided by the company that owns and maintains the building. As the parking can't be changed, you will have to spend at least 10-15 minutes entering and exiting without hitting or scraping your car, so please be forewarned to check the parking spot allocated to the unit you like as dealing with management is a nightmare.
