The apartments are beautiful and spacious however I found hard living here for two years:
We have had to change the two of the water heater in less than a year. Casually, our neighbors faced the same problem.
The AC doesn’t work properly, it is very weak. If you have guests coming home the temperature is unbearable.
The water pressure is horrible. It is very low, you cannot use the two showers at the same time or even flush or put the dishwasher if you are having a shower. If you want to use the bathtub you need at least one hour to fill it with water.
The building does not accept Etisalat, if you move in and have a contract with Etisakat you have to pay all the penalty fees and make a new contract with Du.
There are only a few plug sockets, it is difficult to find where to charge your electronic devices specially in the kitchen or living area. You can only do by using ugly cables around the common areas.
The water comes out with a lot of dirt and orange color.
The isolation is not good, you can hear and smell everything from the corridor.
Against most of the buildings, this one only accepts gas cooker, so you need to buy a new one if you are like the majority.
The space available for the dishwasher is smaller to the standard sizes so you need to break the top part and yet it out stands from the rest of the kitchen building giving it a very ugly appearance.
The smoke extraction doesn’t work very well so the fire alarm is very sensitive and sounding quite often.

We live there and looking to move out once our contract ends. There are few people who owns sports cars and they enjoy making noise in the parking and while going in/out of the parking..This is happening night and day! So good luck in having good sleep for you and your kids if you have any. We complained to the reception but no action has been taken.

The Atria Residences feature good quality and beautiful apartments with floor to ceiling windows.

Majority of two bedrooms come with 2 underground parkings which is amazing for small families.

However, service charge from the developer is high.

we are 2 person with (water man)today around 1pm and waiting for elevator like 10 to 20 minutes suddenly 3 security in this building come with us. and we already put 6 and 9 floor in elevator. we didn't knowing that same security removed our number in elevator they put them number going to roof. then they laugh. so disappointed we also ah human to use elevator. and they are security for this building. the security not gentlemen for workers. we are simple workers but we trusted your security but now after 1 year we always come here only disappointment.

the worst facility management team .The worst security management team . they made my stay a nightmare. a strange noise and very disturbing from the glass walls . Very bad chiller system. a parking without a gate behind the entrance door , they let visitors park and next day they ask the tenant to pay fines !!! good luck with resting at home day and night with the noises and the construction !! horrible ! horrible . I don't recommend any one to stay there !

Building management is the worst. They over complicate things and are very pretentious. It’s honestly quite a nightmare living here. Although the building looks fascinating, the OVER CONTROL the management exerts makes it feel like it really isn’t worth it! It will never feel like home !!’

No soaps and shampoos in the toilets .. some rooms have ac control keypad and some rooms doesn’t .. no tissue box in the living room .. room service are only available at 5pm so you should wait for the towels and everything.. i can keep on going and list everything but i think is will give others the idea of how bad this is .. the worst experience ever
