We ordered a cake 1 week before for my son's 1st year birthday celebration and got confirmation as well. But this Bekery people spoiled the entire event by not delivering the cake on time.
They don't care for their customer priority. Please don't order from this shop as we had a bad experience.

We have experienced disgusting customer service from this shop. The Staff's and all are non-accommodating, non-friendly and most of all unprofessional! They made their client walk all over their facility searching for change. How ironic they are in suit and tie wherein they don't even have proper etiquette on customer services. Best believe them people needs more training on customer interaction. Hope will reach the management. Thank You !
