The building is modern and beautiful, and the building management pays great attention to the comfort of the residents. We were pleased with this concern of the lady in charge who contacted us and promised us amenities, including replacing some of the security and reception staff to keep up with her vision of matching the building's reputation for its great image.

This residential apartment Building located in between Business bay canal and Al Khail road. Good view of the city and Burj Khalifa. It offers modern and functional one and two bed room apartments with open/closed kitchens, and balcony for all apartments. Equipped with swimming pools, community gardens and terrace, gym, sauna etc.

It's an amazing building at great location. I have recently moved here and felt super supported by the team at the reception, the security team, the technicians. They are problem solvers and customer service is definitely their key focus ! Thank you The Bay team for everything you have done to make my move seamless.

I completely agree with previous posts about the male receptionist being on a power trip and very unfriendly. The building and facilities are excellent but this one man ruins everything with his bad attitude. Such a shame.

I lived there , the management of the building is the worst - the building main door is always locked ! The security sees you on the door and doesn’t care to open - guests stand in the street and ring for 15 minutes and security doesn’t come out .. they give anyone a hard time entering the building even the people who live there !!! And if anything needs maintenance they take their time to fix anything

Excellent location! Great view on Dubai. Only 1 minutes to water canal promenade. 20 minutes walk to Dubai mall. The beading is very new and clean. Big fitness, sauna, two swimming pools. And two hotels with their bars and restaurants near the building .
