This is a complaint regarding your staff at Deira City Center Branch in Dubai- UAE.
You are a well renowned brand and the ladies you have hired in are so unprofessional, they do not even know how to give proper customer service. All they know is to make fun of customers and the so called manager is busy in her phone and least bothered about customer who is waiting at the counter for her to resolve the issue.
Few days back my friend visited to get vitamin e gel moisture and he even showed the picture to that lady, she was rude with my friend probably because he was a guy and that lady gave vitamin e day cream, obviously because she is either not focused, after that I went back to get it exchanged as it was their fault and I explained them what happened.
That lady at counter kept asking me question again as she was clueless and then comes in the manager, madam was so busy at her phone in texting that counter lady explained her the issue and that manager said to wait as she was busy in texting, then comes in a guy to meet her she first entertained him And then she finally came to my issue
You seriously need to see what is happening and what is wrong with you guys hiring such u unprofessional. I will stop going to that branch now.
And please make sure some responsible girl I’m sitting to answer the call and the number is updated

Hire people who wants to put some effort to make the sale,apparently you hired some rich people who doesnt want the customer money.
If you don't have change they won't sell you the product you picked.
First time ever to face such behaviour.
