I've rented a storage in this spot to store my personal stuffs since 7 months and I really haven't been disappointed. To be honest, I loved the courtsey they offer and also admire those friendly staffs and services. Thanks to 'The Box' for keeping my things safe, secured and preserved.

I have stored items with the Box for 6 years. They are better than many in Dubai and the people are nice but they are a disaster on so many fronts. I once went to check on my unit in the summer and discovered that the temperature was way too high with horrific humidity, despite being promised everything was temperature controlled. A number of my items, including very expensive furniture were ruined by the heat. I do not trust them to tell me the truth or monitor their warehouses so don't store things that you worry for heat/humidity damage. Their software tries to automate things and I constantly either get late payment notices incorrectly or double charged so I have to watch my credit card like a hawk. For a while they could t accept foreign credit cards and then they just signed me up for recurring payments with absolutely no notice, authorization or request for which credit card I'd like to use. Then they make rate increases with 3-12 days notice, which may be illegal or contractually invalid. You have to physically go into the office and escalate to get problems sorted properly. The girls are super nice so I blame their management and finance/IT dept. If you have any option to rent in a better managed facility, I would do it. If you value your items, ship them somewhere else with reliable temperature controls.

The team was very helpful throughout the entire process, and very thoughtful whenever I had any questions while using their services for 5 consecutive months. The facility is clean, safe and well preserved, and my items were definitely in good hands. I'd definitely recommend them and would absolutely use this service again!

Worst experience ever, they charged for equipments we didn’t use and their customer service team is unprofessional with an attitude!!

Without a doubt, this organisation deserves a 5 star rating because they deliver on that in every aspect. From customer service (thank you Drei and Dennis), all the way through to the team who pack and transport items, The Box can be trusted for clarity and will exceed your expectations as they did with me. These guys don't have any hidden charges or underhanded tactics as some other companies may have. I have and still continue to entrust my personal possessions with them and highly recommend them to expats looking for such services. If you want high quality service on all forefronts, choose The Box in Al Quoz, Dubai. Thank you to all staff.
