Good place but i only went here for an interview but i enjoyed the tea which I purchased from the grocery store situated on the ground floor outside of the tower.

It's an owesome place and to busy for office persons and their customers. But the place has enough lifts to help eachone reach their desired floor . And inside there's someone seats for exhausted ones .

Very inconvenient building. Parking is depressing. One has to wait forever to get on the lift to get to the desired office floor and then to get back to the car. Building smells terrible, too.

It's beautiful high rise tower located at river side. Great place for hangout at river side as have few good restaurant. Closer to bus stop Lillian Tower.

The parking here is great even though it is paid. However, it is also very one of lowest in Business Bay Area. The building is also very well maintained and clean. The only problem here is the lift. One has to wait a long time to get into an already cramped lift.
There are few eateries behind the building facing the canal and Tiba restaurant has one of the best Mandi I have ever tasted.
