It was a great bike fit experience I had today with JR at Motor City branch. I strongly recommend him as a bike fitter, as he is very keen on details. I learned a lot from him as well. He knows his job 100%. Thanks, JR! Also, I highly recommend Gerard for always assisting us with our needs. We come back for this kind of service. Keep it up!

Cycle Hub is a great place when you are a beginner with cycling as you will need tons of suggestions from experts. I have visited Cycle hub couple times and rented the bike I liked, asked so many questions to the staff and finally I bought the Specialized tarmac which I fell in love. Throughout this journey JR was always patient and guided me with the right inputs. Now I feel like I am part of the family and joined my first group ride. It was a fantastic ride today and enjoyed every bit of it. I will definitely do it again. Special thanks to JR who is the legendary leader of our ride today. If you are looking for a bike Cycle hub is the place And JR is the man. Thanks guys

If you want to buy a bike for your kids, wife or yourself, then The Cycle Hub is the perfect place.

They have nice selections of bikes (Specialized brand).

The staff is friendly and attentive.

Have used the shop for years and it goes from strength to strength. Would give 7 stars if Google would allow... Only bike shop I will use in Dubai. Knowledgeable staff, who guide the buying or servicing experience to meet your needs. Great stock levels means most stuff is immediately available off the shelf. This applies to high end road bikes (me and my wife) as well as "kids" bikes from small to 18 years of age...

After our (my husband and 2 friends) recent unpleasant experience with one of the staff in The Cycle Hub, Motor City, the management (Simon) immediately contacted us and apologized for what happened. We were assured that our bad experience will never happen again, should we decide to visit again. We came back after a few days to check the items that we wanted to try before and we were very pleased with the service given to us.

My husband and I would like to commend JR and Gerard for their excellent service and very professional approach. We also appreciate the team’s effort to win their customers back. In return, we bought several items and had our 2 bikes washed.

The team at the cycle hub go above and beyond the bike ????. They will help you from A-Z with a smile, high quality advise and understanding of everything you will need.

Shoutout to Gerard specifically for restoring my bike to better then the day I bought it. I will definitely be back.
