Stayed here whilst on a business trip. The location of the hotel was ideal for me and very convenient to my office….. but a little far out of the city if you wish to reach it in the evening. Taxis are well priced (I used Uber). East to get to/ from airport also. Everything I tried was good and the customer service was high. I didn’t eat in the restaurant or drink on the terrace, but I did use the pool. There was sufficient sun beds when I was there but not always in the sun. Breakfast was tasty. Bed was comfortable and room generally was pleasant. Price was affordable

Finally, my hands got to write a review after almost a month.

I will immediately move on to the best aspects of the hotel, service, cleanliness, internet, access to TV from the phone, chic towels of which there are commendably many, excellent hygiene products and many other features such as bed linen, comfortable light and convenient locker arrangements.

But unfortunately there are also weaknesses in such a seemingly ideal room, firstly, the door to the toilet is not so easy to close, you have to make an effort and slam it hard for the result, the location of the air conditioner blowing directly on the bed and the inability to open the windows if the air conditioner is turned off, why after a shower, go to bed and get sick from something that can blow through - easy, few bottles of water, no drinks in the mini bar for such an expensive price for one day.

To be honest, you can pick on a lot of things and collect dust in the corners or some nuances, but they won't change the fact that I spent my day with a great view of one of my favorite areas of JVc.

I sincerely say thank all of you for the amenities, warmth and comfort.

I will return, more than once!

I was blown away by the level of service at this hotel. From the minute i walked in the door at check in, i was amazed at how friendly and accommodating all the staff were. I flew in on an early flight and arrived at the hotel at around 7:30am, expecting to leave my luggage in the hotel and check into my room at 3pm. To my surprise, the gentleman on the counter allowed me to check in early, free of charge.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean, the food served at the restaurant for breakfast was delicious, and the pool area is lovely.

Will definitely be staying here when i come to Dubai next.

Did a solo trip for my birthday ! I absolutely loved it .It was absolutely beautiful . It smelled really good . The Hotel was clean . Room service was great ! Livingstone was very hospitable!! Valet was ok. I really enjoyed my time here . I’d definitely recommend this place. I had on intentions on leaving tips and the end . Which i forgot as i had a 5am flight . Completely left the envelopes in my handbag and i really wish there was some way i could get it them!

Oussama is an outstanding example of what a hospitality professional should be.
I can tell that management is doing the right thing by maintaining him at the hotel over the years.

I stayed nearly 2 weeks in this hotel. It was not originally planned but i felt so well treated that I overstayed :-)
The hotel is really nice, in the center of JVC. The rooms are very elegant, with beautiful views. If you can afford the upgrade for a corner room, it is really worth it.
But the palm goes to the reception staff that is really nice, helpful and great to deal with.
If there is one thing to criticize is the gym but they are aware about it and quite sure that they will fix this anytime soon.
