Really felt looked after on this service visit. Polite staff as always and the final bill was what was agreed even with a few wee extras sorted out. Very happy with the results on my Maserati, feels fit again ???? ????

I received my car with a showing engine alarme sign. What level of quality control?. I had my brakes changed, too. What will happen, when they were done with the same level of quality? Will never use this garage.

I've used the Gearbox a few times for various work. They always have performed very well. And have managed to resolve any issue I've had. From carbon repair, servicing to paintwork they have dealt with it all. Lloi the manager has always looked after me.

Avoid, terrible customer service (not the helpful girls on reception). Agent let me down and inflated the parts costs. Tried to add items that were not related to the issue. Delivered the car 3 days after the date after assuring me it would be ready on time. Got the car back, noise was still there, brought it to someone I trust who told me it was just a loose exhaust manifold, fixed in 10 mins. And now the gears jerk between 1st and 2nd gear. Lesson learned. Always go with someone you know and trust.

Best car garage in Dubai!! Went to multiple auto repair shops before The Gear Box, and none were able to solve my car wiring issue. Not only were they able to finally get this problems solved for me, but they also did it in a fraction of the time. The staff and owner are amazing people!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Best garage. Very trustworthy and reliable. Very fast and good work. If you have any issues after repair they always listen to you and do the needful

Took my car for full inspection. Manual check took 4 min, computer check took 1 minute. 5 min in total. The mechanic was not even willing to inspect the car. I had to tell him what to check. They supposed to share a quote for a part but they didn't and no update. They are super unprofessional. Never again, find a better customer focused garage and don't waste your money here.
