The worst and most horrible service and organization I gave ever seen in my all 9 years in Dubai . No way !! First we didn’t find a Table despite the advance online booking and payment, when they finally arranged a table it was on the way and so uncomfortable, the food we ordered never arrived and to end the night they didn’t stamp for at least free parking and the staff were rude. So unprofessional snd horrible service. My advise don’t go there!

Get in, sit, pay, get out. There's only so much you can say about a taxi company unless they're really late, abusive or try touching you up with a rubber glove on. This company did none of this, so next time I'll definitely be showing a bit of leg.
Seriously though, they did pick me up, drive me home and drop me off.

Never answered phone on 3 separate occasions of calling.... 1 star as I can't rely on a taxi service that doesn't want or can't facilitate business??

EDIT: this was for prior dates and ive reviewed retrospectively... the response from the business owner should tell you what you need to know about this taxi firm.

I ordered a taxi at late notice via an email whilst I was on the train, Nick replied very quickly. Would highly recommend this Taxi business, excellent service, friendly guy. I will definitely use Nicks taxi business again for sure.

Brilliant service. Text last minute night before an appointment and Nick replied promptly. Arrived on time. Good price,very polite and reliable. My mum has health conditions and she felt very comfortable and has said she will use this taxi service in the future. Definitely recommend.

Great service, definitely using again and would recommend. I contacted Nick early in the morning to make a last minute school run booking. He was quick to reply, arrived on time and even got the kids in a little earlier than usual ????

I provisionally booked a taxi with nick for the weekend of the 22-6-19 and with his great taxi knowledge he had the decency to ring me back on my personal number and checked to make sure the booking was still going ahead and it certainly did , I have known nick for quite some time and would never book a taxi unless I used him direct , he is very polite and also very good at his job many thanks once again nick cheers Jamie and Dawn .

He comes very highly recommended from us to anyone else that requires a great taxi service 5* rating definitely

I texted Nick one Sunday to schedule the taxi for the next Tuesday in the morning, and he answered me 5 minutes later. He arrived on time. Very kind and very professional. I'll move from my hotel to an apartment very soon and I will contact Nick... No doubt!!!

Thanks so much to Nick for driving my son from Bridgwater station to Bristol when all the trains had been cancelled and he was on his way to the airport.
He arrived within minutes of the call and drove him safely and promptly to Bristol so he could make it on time.
The friendly service also helped to calm a stressful situation.
I will definitely use Nicks taxis when in Bridgwater and highly recommend them.
It was also very helpful that it’s possible to pay by card. Thanks!
