Worst experience from educational institution made a really bad day for my entire family. We had enquire for our three kids admission and was given an online lengthy procedure to be followed, however we did followed what we've been told and finally went to the school with kids to attend the eligibility test and
The kids were taken for exam and with in 10 minutes the drama started, one staff came and said who told the seats are available because we already closed yesterday, this was the biggest lie no parent ever expected from such an institution where every available staff was lying from registrar to reception all were just lying left and right without even thinking if it make any sense. However on our argument they let kids continue the test and at the end they said we have to send the papers for correction to other place and I have to ask them if the papers are going to new Delhi for correction, and they said no sir teachers are not available to check the papers so it means we were wasting our time talking to non teaching staff who unfortunately took the test already. Finally we could approach to the secretary of the principle and addressed the whole situation and also filed the complaints to KHDA and ministry of Education and waiting for their support.

Last but not the least, here is the climax of the drama started by the so called happy to help staff saying they already closed the registration a day before. Whereas I've got another call from the school saying I can come for eligibility test next day and the seats are available.
So it means there is lack of communication between the staff itself and as I can see other bad reviews are absolutely right about the staff being rude and arrogant.

My friendly advise to the school management.
Either hire a professional staff or change the department name from (happy to help ) to happy to trouble.

Very very disappointed to see the whole staff started lying about our kids admission whereas they were proceeding the admisaion process immediately for other kids except us. And we've been told to wait for paper correction till Thursday as if my kids are being appointed as teachers. Very shocking to see the people who suppose to guide and teach our kids are only lying without even thinking any logics. However we have spoken to the lawyers and it's a crime to reject or deny the admission of kids to get enroll for their education without even proper reason being told to us. We've also been talking to our family and friends to highlight such issues created by educational institutions to get covered by media and local news so that all parents are aware of such undisciplined staff controlling the future of our kids.

And there is a person Mrs manju Singh head of admission. She must be thinking herself the busiest person on earth as we tried to reach her for almost 4 days but she was least concern to callback and ask what's the matter neither she attended the calls but the numbers are given to everyone as if they are ready to help us.

When we ask we want to meet principle they try to avoid our request by telling lies that she's not in the school though she was available according to her secretary. I think even a village school has a better management and discipline.

And very sad to hear what they did to our kids. The papers were given very late for eligibility test and taken back within short time and also the staff being harsh to them to make them nervous so that they can't focus and moreover one of the staff kid was given an iPad in the exam Hall and he was playing music and disturbing other kids and I noticed other kids were given more than 3 hours time.. And I have the witness and contact numbers of other parents who witness the whole drama of the school staff.

I will see how the higher management will deny all these claims. I will make sure the whole staff is replaced with really disciplined staff.

And I ask to all staff who took the eligibility test of my little kids. Are you eligible to sit on those positions what you've appointed for, I will request Dubai government to check your qualifications

I have multiple proofs that can make you all accept that you were wrong. The staff doesn't even know what's the calendar says. They mention 31st March is on Saturday. Instead 1st April.

I got all the proofs to make them all feel what they did was almost a crime according to law and make sure they pay for their mistake.

Please don't spoil your kid life by admiting in this school.,This is the first school ,conduction annual sports meet during annual exams,This may be first school ,during annual exams they are still taking the portions ,still taking the open door assessment during annual exams.
They are giving lots of pressure to the kids even for 5th grade students.

My son is in Kindergarten 2.
The KG1 teachers were top-notch. yet KG2 instructors do a bad job of teaching and responding. very haughty teachers in KG 2.
Since my child was sick, he missed classes. Not a single instructor or manager phoned. There are numerous students who have infections. There is a lack of hygiene. a lack of sanitation.
Although their trailer was different, the truth is nat matching.

Teachers and the whole school and the staff basically just wants money and will give to respect to students and they just don’t know who to behave with students , they are pretty rude and according to their attitude and behavior this school isn’t worth 3000AED which is too much for this school . It is worth like 100AED per month

Bad experience... The supervisor of primary school behaves like they own school and they have no respect for the parents. You keeping sending the emails but they will respond only as per their wish. The school has nothing of international sort of thing. The teachers are so much dominated by the school and u feel bad for them too. I will never recommend DSO branch to anyone but yes other 2 r really good..

Very happy with the support and coordination from the staff. Nicely maintained, well maintained sports facilities like football ground, basket balls courts, meshed cricket pitches and running tracks for kids. Auditorium is good too. Above all seems to be reasonably priced for international curriculum. The environment and location is very good, so good and soothing while I was touring around in the campus area.

The teachers in this school are very rude and do not seem to care about students and make wrong assumptions about student and all teachers are arrogant. The facilities are nice .The fees is way to high and tbh this school is below average. I learn more from my tuition then this school
