Nice quiet place so you can relax and look at the pieces.. old collection and not that great.. making charges are around the same as the market rate. But no harm in checking out..

For anyone paying large amounts in cash at this store my strong advice would be to follow the sales clerk to the room where the counting machine is and to always keep eyes on your money.
Otherwise you may find with unpleasant surprise that the amount counted is less than the amount you brought to the store.
This happened to me and my wife and we’ll never ever buy from Damas again.

Not having much collection of Gold as it use to have before Covid. very few Designs that too with Normal Making Charges same as market. They have more collection of Diamonds

Customer service is poor, no one picks up landline, staff is reluctant in showing jewellery. No one responds to queries. They can’t compete with their own branches in Burdubai/ karama for customer service forget Tanishq and outsiders whose staff are always charged up

Had a good jewellery collection within JLT vicinity, the making charges are comparatively less here then other outlets, got a good deal

Ample parking. A big hall where jewellery is displayed inside counters.

A nice place with extensive collections. Especially for buying gold juwellary during the sale. Very low making charges makes ita good place who looks at gold as an investment.
