I would give the store, it’s collection and the way it’s managed 4 stars. The staff is also very welcoming and quite engaging. George is very helpful and patient with customers. The owner, however, could do with some training on customer engagement and interaction. He seems a bit cranky (I’ve been to the store 3 times in last 1 year).
Taste is subjective and the only way to check a cigar is to smoke it. And there is no one perfect way to assess a cigar. This is something a cigar seller should understand inherently.

Good cigar shop with different varieties and good quality storage. The prices is of course much higher since it is including taxes compared with what you get from duty free.

Great service, amazing selection of premium non Cuban cigars. Wish the location was better.

This place is amazing for its selection and variety. Although you won’t find Cuban here but imo that’s ok cause the quality and craftsmanship of Central America cigars is superior honestly. All the staff I have dealt with are very knowledgeable of their stock. They also offer a cash discount cause no cc fee.

Right when entering the walk-in humidor I was astounded by the large collection of cigars, well chosen variety, good tastes and welcoming people! They understand the artistry of cigars. Will be back for more

Was then (3yrs ago) and still is a great guy to help with your cigar needs and requirements - I go nowhere else in the Gulf!

Called the Leaf Master to enquire about delivery service and spoke with George.

He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process and gave in-depth advice as to which cigar I should buy and arranged delivery quickly while following up with me the whole time.

The cigar was great and I highly recommend the Leaf Master and George in particular, he is a credit to the company.

A lot of world cigar references and some exclusive ones. Until now, the only nice cigar shop I found in Dubai apart of the Habanos ones. A really must for cigar lovers.
