Visited in June 2023 and we had a fantastic experience!
The Burj Khalifa is just amazing and so are the views you get from the high floors. We bought the ticket with access to the lounge at the floor 154 at 585m.
We were given an indefinite time to enjoy the lounge (that means, coffees, soft drinks, pastries, etc. as well as 1 alcoholic drink) and explore the 3 floors 152,153,154 connected altogether. There's also a photographer if you'd like to get some professional photos, either printed or in digital format.

a breathtaking experience. everything is included from white wine and sweet and salty appetizers to the incredible view. It is well worth paying a bit more to enjoy Dubai from above in a non-touristy and very harmonious atmosphere.

This was a wonderful experience altogether. Lovely food ,drinks and an even better view. Would highly recommend to experience this atleast once .

We had a fantastic experience here. Great service, excellent drinks, etc. We had a table for 2 right at the window and enjoyed daylight views, sunset, night, and the watershow below. The place was packed with people, yet someone was always around, ensuring you were taken care of.

You are paying to reach the top viewing deck. The included beverage is a half-glass of wine/bubbles/beer. The bar menu is such a disappointment. You cannot purchase champagne. There is no high end liquor and there is only one brand of liquor for each type (vodka, gin, etc.). Very limited options. Traveling to Dubai (one of the richest places in the world), I expected much more. There isn’t even any outdoor seating on the deck. Not an experience or “lounge” but rather a viewing deck.

This is expensive, but it's worth it. What I liked most over the other floors is that at the outdoor space, you can look out abd down without a glass barrier. That makes it feel so much more impressive, but you definitely pay dearly for this difference. The snacks are a nice touch and the lounge is very nicely done, but to be honest, I could have done without the snacks. But the coffee is pretty good and they even had macaroons!

The lounge itself is nice but getting there wasn't pleasant. With the price of 800 AED per person I didn't expect having to wait and queue for an hour and then get stuffed in a completely full elevator with 30 people.
Not quite as VIP as advertised.

This spot is not worth going at all. Price is not reasonable, and you get nothing at all but a cup of tea/coffee with several types of cakes. They could offer much more for that price
