Be informed everyone that I ordered a coach bag and it was 49% off and price was 416.
Today only I received the bag and its used bag inside too dirty. If you post used items so you have to mention in your app. And also I called your mentioned phone number it was also wrong and that is school number. Fake app, fake phone and fake email I’m also trying to send email but also wrong. We have to complain against this kind of people and also we should post a video against them to Be aware everyone from them. I share the pictures which you didn’t mentioned in the app.

Bought two Rolexes from their website - one was cancelled because they said they didn't have it! The second one arrived, no original Rolex box as stated on the website at the time of purchase and no authentication certificate. Currently in the process of obtaining both but this is a waste of my time to chase and then go back to their office to pick it up. Efficiency on their part would have made sure this wouldn't have happened. When you spend that much on a luxury item, you also expect the same level of professionalism.

Authentic, Reliable, Professional and Superb Customer Service.
I have had amazing experience dealing with this business; the website description, honest and accurate assessment of the items is outstanding. Their return process is simple with no funny business; I have dealt with them in the UAE and recommended them to a friend in Saudi Arabia and he was equally impressed. Good Job.

Some items are slightly overpriced; keep an eye on their app and website, with a little patience you can score yourself a good deal.

I bought a pre-loved authentic Gucci bag in The Luxury Closet. First, I installed the app and browsed it , searching for the bags which I wanted and suit my budget. Then on the TLC app we can also make an offer on certain bags. After the offer was approved by the seller, then I started to order it. I got an additional discount as this was my first order on the TLC. It's only one day to process my order. When the bag was coming, the packaging was also good and tidy. I was satisfied because it's a suit based on the picture. And I am happy as I have my first Gucci bag which suit with my budget. Thank you The Luxury Closet for your great service.

Stay away from this company. Their terms are against the sellers , they will be reducing the prices till almost zero for high brands. Their commission is almost 100%. When you withdraw the items you have to pay and it will take weeks to get it back. They also have the right to donate the items if it’s not refunded within a month . Be aware of that!

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from The Luxury Closet and everything was excellent. I got the exact same shoes just the way it looked on the app/website if not better than described which is another reason to buy again.

The photos were taken in so much detail that it helped me save time in choosing the perfect pair.
