It's such a sweet space to chill and have some really good Turkish food. I always come here when I'm in dragonmart 2. Very chilled ambience and of course great food and service !!!!

We ordered shashlik with cheese and chicken sish. First time to tried turkish food. Food was good and tasty. They also give complimentary bread with dippings while waiting for your order. Restaurant interior design and background music are perfect almost like fine dining style. Staffs are attentive and professional.

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in dubai. But unfortunately lately food quality and service has dropped. There is no Turkish authentic about this place anymore.
Always something missing on the menu and prices has gone through the roof.
On my last visit, we ordered Pide. It came as a flat bread, as I complained and said this is not what's its suppose to be I was told this is a Syrian bred and that's how the Turkish pide should be. Burger was overcooked until a state where the meat was so hard that the knive wouldn't cut though. Mixed grill was super dry. To their benefit, they told us sorrynand wanted to re-cook. But we ended up with a free dessert that was good.
Sorry to say, but we are not coming back.

Food is still OK. Service has gone massively down. Prices have gone massively up. For example we waited for 37 mins to get the long turkish bread we ordered for our daughter. Needs improvement. At that price range and with that location try something else.

An overpriced restaurant with very small portions and non special taste. I don’t know why a small plate if mixed grill costs 115AED!
Decoration are really nice and the restaurant is spacious but at the end if the day it doesn’t matter.
I don’t think I will repeat this experience again.

BAD service and HEALTH violations. I invited a friend visiting from abroad We were served dirty, plates with dark flakes on them. The restaurant was near empty but we still waited 10 minutes to get the water. Food took forever to prepare and the meat was overcooked. We asked for more bread and it was never served. I asked for the manager to raise our concerns and was told he does not show up until 5:00pm. I approached a guy wearing a white shirt, he said his name was Mustafa and he is the cashier. I told him I was having a bad experience and needed to talk to someone. He said it was not his responsibility. Then he turned around, handled some cash and went over to the counter and carried and served the food to our table without washing or sanitizing his hands. I pointed the problem out. He said sorry in a careless manner and left. Our dirty plates were never removed.

The only exception was Wali, the guy tending the bar who noticed and right after our meal he came and apologized, offered us some tea and spoke with us. He tried to make things better but he lacked the authority to take action and have other staff members do the same.

There are serious issues in this restaurant and good management could solve it.

Had lunch here today and will be coming back to Dragon Mart 2 to eat here again soon!
The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful seating us. There was a high chair for the baby and the staff again were very happy to help us get settled.
The food is great we had a cold mixed starter and then lively main meals, including halloumi salad and lamb tenderloin. We also had their meter of pita with cheese. The manager of the restaurant was very accommodating with our dietary requirements.
The food was excellent! And great value for money. Will definitely stop here again our next visit. Many thanks!

I was biggest fan of this restaurant but last visit all staff have been replaced (they used to have Turkish people) and the whole food taste have changed…they used to serve an authentic Turkish meat before but now i think its not same as before…

usually we pay more for Turkish restaurants because they serve Turkish meat but this doesn’t taste like Turkish…prices have been doubled!! Ingredients are definitely different…

The food was served warm but not hot…they take ages to serve food…to be honest staff are very welcoming and responsive..

Its no more taste like Turkish… and doesn’t deserve the price i paid…am very disappointed…
